1 medium onion
1 red pepper
2 cloves garlic
3 cans whole tomatoes
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
salt and pepper
cook onions, peppers, and garlic until soft
add rest and bring to boil, then simmer for 20-30 minutes and then puree.
It's a nice version of tomato soup for the summer and tastes really fresh because of the peppers.
