Crock Pot Turkey

I'm a big fan of the Crock Pot since the evenings are pretty hectic for me, I actually made dinner while breastfeeding the other night- not exactly a bonding experience :) I love the crock pot, but feel like most recipes are for stews and chilis Here's a recipe I got from a friend at work that is a nice variation.

Turkey Breast (the large kind, not the mini pre-flavored kind. Giant seems to have these for sale every so many months)
Lipton onion soup mix
1 tsp dried mustard
can of whole cranberry sauce

top turkey breast with other ingredients and turn crock pot on. Tastes good with just about any side and the cranberries make a great sauce.
