this is one of my favorite, easy, go-to winter dinners. so simple and yummy!
4 pork chops
1 box of stove top pork chop stuffing
1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce
3/4 c. barbeque sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
onion (small- medium)
salt
pepper
olive oil
1. preheat oven to 350 and heat skillet to med/med-high on stove
2. sautee onion and brown pork chops (seasoned with salt and pepper) 5 minutes on each side in skillet
3. cook stuffing as directed on package
4. once stuffing is prepared remove from stove and mix in cranberry sauce, bbq sauce and brown sugar. mix well.
5. in a casserole dish place pork chops and cover with stuffing mixture. bake for about 30 min or until pork chops are done.
