Homemade pesto

This is seriously a case where I have no idea about any measurements that I use. I usually just pour things into the food processor and mix until well blended. If you don't have a food processor a blender will work just fine.

basil (seamus says 1/2 C of finely chopped basil, i think i just buy a package at the grocery store)
pine nuts (i usually get the Sun of Italy brand and use about 1/3 of the jar)
olive oil
garlic 2-3 cloves
parmesan cheese
salt

place whole basil into food processor and hit pulse to finely chop
add in pine nuts, pinch of salt and garlic and continue to pulse while pouring in olive oil until desired consistency. add in parm. cheese. i usually have to add in a little more garlic, salt, or olive oil and play with it until i like how it tastes.
